When Wrestling Ego's Collide

As a huge wrestling fan and joining the list of the biggest i like making other people believe that if there is someone that has the passion and knows wrestling i want them to think of me. Now i am not a person that  usually cares about what people think nor do i like to compete with others but when it comes to wrestling my ego is the size of my heart. Meaning it surrounds me. I believe and have noticed all of us die hard wrestling fans are the same. We know that there are plenty of us out there like us but still believe were the #1 fan. It is funny because not all of us wrestling fans are like this. Some of us are just like " I'm a wrestling fan, i dont know nor do i care if i am the biggest but i am a fan." I quote my cousin that said that comment to me recently. I have come to realize that not all wrestling fans have huge egos but the ones that do like myself it can be dangerous and is a little selfish. Why want to prove your the biggest wrestling fan? I dont know it is just something we feel and want to prove. It is dangerous because it can result in losing friendships and respect. I am no longer close friends with someone because our Ego's were too big to be together in one room and as much as we knew we were both real die hard fans different ways we still found it hard to get along. I am honest and upfront with everyone in my life but this friend was not & most likely still not. Talked behind my back so overall we both just went our seperate ways and from time to time we will have our conversation.

Overtime i realized there cant be a top wrestling fan. I mean common realisticly there are so many fans in this world that can you honestly say your the #1 wrestling fan. No. I realized that we are all the biggest wrestling fans. Some more than others but overall the die hard fans are all together as the biggest wrestling fans and mostly in our own different ways. Some of us collect all the wrestling figures or have all the videos & dvds or have a wrestling radio show or travel across North America to live events or being a pro wrestler or even have a website. Maybe and probably alot of these things but i learnt overtime why compete. Why strive something that can ruin friendships and waste time by fighting. Just be proud of what you are, who you are ect. and say to your friends if you have to " Were all the biggest fans in our own different ways."
